Delivery
We deliver across Zimbabwe from our locations in Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru and Mutare. Collection in-store is always available where stock is on hand.
In-stock items are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Transfer between locations may add extra time. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection or dispatch.
Unused items in original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days where eligible. See our Refund Policy for full conditions.
Bring your receipt or order reference to any location or contact support first.
Inspect parcels on delivery where possible. Report damage within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange replacement or repair support.
